Just thought I would take a few pictures, before I give this away to my nephew. Originally purchased from Golden Bear, San Francisco factory. It had a Banana Republic label, which the factory removed at time of purchase. Banana Republic was by that time, owned by Gap, also in San Francisco.
This may not qualify as vintage or authentic. But it has history. My history. But in case anyone wants to see what a Golden Bear jacket looks like after a few decades, here is an example. Sorry for the poor photos. Cell phone cameras are not so good.
