If your a fan of Irish Whiskey, this is worth checking out. Around 36$ a bottle, comes packaged wit ha little golf set which includes a cheap metal flask, and a pleather golf holster for it (w/ golf tool stuff the wood stake things, some metal tab whatever).

Anyways, it's very smooth, and very tasty! I almost like it more than my bottle of Middleton's Very Rare. Especially since I can get 3 bottles for the price of one Middleton's.


But, my FAVORITE part is the shape of the bottle, what sets it apart.

It's a weapon. It's thinner and longer for a better reach, corrugated and thicker glass for repeated bonkings, and a long flared neck so your hand doesn't slip off if the bottles wet or frozen... Truley, an Irish Whiskey in the most Irish of Bottles! I'll post a pic soon.

I've always been attracted by the name (I adore the Big Fella) and have been tempted to buy some of the paraphanalia associated with it - although I'm not a Whiskey drinker, if this gets the thumbs up from those who are I may just have to try it!

You might like it, doesn't have the rough whiskey feel, but has the good taste. There's a little bit of something sweet to it, I'm sure professional tasters have highfalutin phrases and sayings, but I'm a professional drinker, all I know is it goes down easy!

As a side note, after cruising the web site, This is the only independant distiller in Ireland (everything co-opt a while back).
