McDonald Leathers of Spokane, WA

I am starting a thread with the hopes of collecting more information on this maker.

About a year ago, I picked up a pair of McDonald Leathers motorcycle pants from a seller on ebay who was liquidating the estate of a former motorcycle cop. The same seller had a very nice looking Cal Leather LAPD jacket that looked 50's or 60's vintage, which went for more than I was willing to pay, but I got the pants for a very fair price.

I own two other pairs of Langlitz pants, and the style and quality of these is very similar. I can't find any useful information on the company on the internet, but I presume that they no longer exist.

@tmitchell59 recently sold a jacket made by the same company, which I sadly missed out on.

Here's photos of the pants:

The cuffs are zippered, only up to the calf, rather than all the way up the side of the leg.

Two snaps to secure the waist

Rear pockets. Both zippers close to the center.

The fly is reinforced at the bottom with a flat rivet.

I love these pants, this exact style. I wish it was in any way possible to wear them...

They are. I have two pairs of Langlitz pants that I can compare them to, and if these didn't have any label in them I would have sworn they were my third pair of Langlitz.

@Monitor, I do have the capability to wear mine, and they're fantastic. Fit is great. I was really lucky to pick them up.
