Curious, how does one get unpleasant smells out of leather jackets?

Cigarette smell will vanish with sun and wind. Other odors, mold, cologne overdose etc May require water and detergent but I’ve found that cigarette odors are fairly easy to eliminate with simple time spent hanging out doors. I’ve also had good luck with sun defeating musty odors.
