I was wondering if you can perhaps tell me a little more about this Jacket. It's a Salvation Army find, I know know nothing about it.

Another nice find!!

Nice shawl lapels, looks like a summer weight, by the open weave in the fabric.
I love the white/winter white dinner jacket look. I wore one to my wedding as a matter of fact. My father wore one to his when he married my mother back in 1956. Probably why I followed suit (ha, I kill me).
