You know what I'm talking about: looks you've seen other Loungers wearing on here (or maybe even elsewhere) that have inspired you. Perhaps you saved the picture in order to emulate that look.

Let's see what inspires you.

I've always found inspiration in the well arranged windows of haberdashers and tailors who sell classic clothing.

Paul Stuart, H. Herzfeld, the long lamented Sulka, to name just a few.

A well made window display can be very inspiring. Marty Mathis, for example, always has great window displays. More men's stores need better window displays, I think more men would get interested after seeing a good display.

Pretty much everything FL'er Kools wears is always dead on the money. Always understated but the outfits always stand out.

I'll say, that's a swanky pad in that last photo.

There is a photo in the show us your suits section that I refer to often, its of five swells in what look to be all Gabardine suits, mostly blue, leaning on a great old car whose make and model elude me, it's on page five of the thread.

And to this day I have yet to find myself a great gabardine suit... nuts.

Killer look and big surprise for me. I would never have tried this brave combination. Black shirt and black/red tie! Mixing brown and grey!
