Looking for some friends in london

Hi im Emma,

I'm in love with the 1930s and 40's and would like to find some friends with similar interests as i find it difficult to socialize with people who are
modern (sounds awful i know but i just cant do it) which has left me friendless.

Im 18 years old and engaged and my fiance is my only friend and he keeps moaning at me to find some friends who share my interests, so here i am taking his advice not sure if this is the right place but its worth a shot i suppose.

i hope i get some replies to this as it would be nice to find friends who are also into the same era as me.

Hi Emma, nice to meet you.

Do look in the Events section of the forum, as there are get togethers that go on in London and that would be a good way to meet a number of people all at the same time and hopefuly make some lovely new friends.
