Looking for information on hat maker Bartolini

I sell hats and LOVE fedoras. I found one today that has a tag saying Bartolini. I can find NOTHING about the factory, and there are no hat sales on eBay and none in the archives of Worthpoint. I am attaching a picture of the hat and inner tags. I would really appreciate any information. I found a few packable hats but none for sale.
