I have ordered a new one from Rick ...humanshoes here on the Lounge. He makes a top quality jack. TJones has one and says it is his favourite tool. I have a well used one that I bought from Art @VS when he closed his shop. I ordered a new one as it has the capacity to cut much wider brims. Art's max is 5" I think. If you are interested and can wait a few weeks til I get my new one I will be selling the one I have now.

I’ll second the recommendation for rounding jacks made by @humanshoes
Rick does great work at a fair price; however, quality is never cheap. Rick is also swamped with orders now, but he’s definitely the guy to reach out to.
