Is it me, or is it tough to find vintage suits that with 34-36 waist, and 34-36 inseams?

Seems like every time I find a ad for a suit with a jacket that would fit, it comes with either way to small, or way to large of trousers (even with tailoring).

Are lanky folks like me stuck looking more for classically styled modern suits, or is there some secret stash of vintage suits for 6'+ folks?

I have a similar problem- 32" waist, 35" inseam. Trust me, vintage in your size is out there, but it takes some serious looking.

i always (perhaps incorrectly) assume that people wore their pants higher on the ankle back then.
