Lined and raised dress belts

I'm in the market for a stitched 1 1/4" calfskin belt of assorted colors with a gloveskin lining. I'm finding a lot of junk and a few very expensive things, but nothing in the middle. Can anyone recommend a belt maker who will do a classic lined and stitched belt for under $100? Trafalgar has its Cortina Leather Belt line, but they're outsourced to China now. Thank you.

I found this Joseph A. Bank mens dress belt. Does anybody have an opinion on them?

I checked out the Jos.A.Bank belt and it was a joke. I don't even think it was leather. If anybody has a suggestion for me, I'd still love to hear it.
