Lexol?

I am having trouble finding Lexol in this one horse town. Can anyone recommend another brand name product that will work as well?

Try an auto parts place that has a line of car washing products. Lexol is pushed heavily in the auto trade for leather seats. if they don't have it, they'll have something similar.

I've also used a product from Germany called Leather Balsam, and something called Leather CPR (both from Restoration Hardware). The last sweat band I treated was with Pecards, which I let sit there for about four days and wiped off carefully.

I found it at the carwash, but auto parts stores and tack/saddle shops too.

I bought mine at PEP BOYS, but I was at a shoe repair store last week and they had it too.

I see several Lexol leather products on amazon.com. Which one would I buy?

Wjhat do you put on the band BEFORE you stretch the hat?

After I do the whole clean and condition rigamaroe it's pretty soft and ready for a little stretch.
