Watched "The Big Sleep" with Humphrey Bogart last night, and noticed one character, a young man who eventually was beaten unconscious by Bogie, wearing a dark leather jacket, very short length, with buckles at the sides to adjust for fit.
Looked like some form of motorcycle jacket, but didn't look like a Schott Perfecto, had no zippers on sleeves, front zipper was centered, and no visible collar snaps. At the time "The Big Sleep" was made, the Perfecto had already been on the market for 16/17 years.
Does anyone know what brand jacket this was?
