I just received an email touting their new ready-to-wear line. There's something really irritating about an announcement of expansion when there are so many people still waiting on orders from five and six months ago. Apparently, the new factory has nothing to do with honoring their commitments. I'd be happy if they's respond to my emails, but then, I already know what I'll hear -- more bs.

They'd likely have been in much better position from the off if they'd stuck with RTW. Maybe, given costs of establishing the business, they're in a position where they need to sell the RTW line to be able to avoid gonig under as a result of all these refunds they're having to give? That's not, I hasten to add, to imply any dishonesty on their part.

Afraid things didn't work out. Refund on its way to me. [huh] Can't say I'm utterly surprised.

Shame, but not the worst case scenario. Do you think the whole hassle would have soured you on them by the time they arrived anyhow? Not sure how I'd feel in that position, tbh.

Shame, great concept.

It was a nice idea, indeed. Seems to me they just took on far too many orders before realising what they could realistically do custom as opposed to in a production run. I'm glad I didn't go in for them. They looked nice enough, but all their cuts were far too narrow in the leg for my own tastes nowadays (twenty years ago when it was impossible to find denim drainpipes in anything other than black, I'd have loved them). I did look at one of their denim vests at one point, but decided against it. Price was great, but the design just wasn't what I was after, ultimately. Glad now that I didn't go in on it.

On checking the lawless site to see if they had answered my request for a refund,I'm now unable to view any messages or see the dealings I've had with them,,,listen to this,,,,without placing another order,,,it's a good job I printed off all correspondence before they tried this latest ploy,,,,time to take this further,

Yes, I found that out last night. They seem to have changed the web site (again) and it's wiped the conversation thread I'd been having with Kahla. I just messaged them, but I may give them a quick phone later tonight.

I only ordered one pair of jeans... I'm gonna stick it out to the very end.... All in all a good lesson for me. Instead of Mickey Rooney saying:

"Hey kids lets put on a show!"

It's now:

"Hey kids lets start a company we'll all get rich quick!"

Never again....

The things Im worried about ever getting is the oiled lined jacket and the herringbone shirts and dont forget that a fourth of the price is shipping since im overseas.

I have already gotten 2 very nice shirts. If I get (and I hope I do) the type-2 jacket, 2 pair of jeans and perhaps another shirt, then the loss isnt so bad really but almost break even for getting same quality atleast where I live.

Has anyone ever visited their shop in Arizona? I'd be curious to know what it looks like, the size of the store, the number of employees, on-hand stock of jeans/clothing, etc.

There are new photos of factory on selvedge style forum. Someone popped into Arizona and was happy to report to other concerned punters some photos of the place.

I can't believe people are still attempting to order from them. There's so much angst for them all over the Internet. The new RTW line has irked people who have been waiting since November last year. I'm now reading reports that the RTW line which is advertised as a 24-48hour turn around is now also falling behind. I'm stunned that they are still in business to be honest.

I've not been able to contact the either. Emails ignored, messages though the website ignored, on Facebook they say to call, tried that once and got no answer. Chat goes dead when I submit something about my order. Reminds me I've been meaning to go the bank/refund route but was hoping they would get back to me but I've not had the time - I was hoping they would at least deal with that but I guess they are too busy not producing ready to wear items to deal with their issues regards not producing the custom items.
