Ladies Hats of the Early 30s

Season Greetings to all. My brother and sister-in-law have a 1930 Ford and like participating in vintage events. I have a fedora ordered for my brother for Christmas and I thought maybe it's possible to find a vintage hat for my sister-in-law. (Bonnie and Clyde) I was thinking maybe a hat in the style of that era that is of recent manufacture that could be ordered on line rather than trudging thru vintage shops or eBay...My sister in law is in her fifties and is somewhat on the larger side ( don't tell her I said so). Do women's hats come in different sizes? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ask her to measure the centimeters or inches around her head. Hat size is not related to body size. I would recommend Baron's hats in Burbank as they do some costuming for movies or looking on ebay for the real thing. I'm not sure if Optimo of Chicago does ladies hats, but you might check there.
