Ladies Cute Navy Sandals Shoes 6.5 or 7

Hi girls.. I just got these off the bay and they don't fit!
They really are cute and have lots of life left in them. Leather soles show normal wear, and insoles are peeling up a bit around edges.

Here's the seller's measurements from when I emailed her,
Hi! These are 9 3/4 inches long and 2 7/8 inches wide.

They are more like a 6.5 or 7. They measure closer to 2.5 at ball and 9.5 inches in length. They are suede on the heel and have a strap of suede at the buckle.
I can take more pics if you like! They are a very dark navy as pictured.

I might be interested. Still debating... they seem like they might be pretty narrow, which would be a problem. I really need navy shoes though!
