Had a nice visit with Lee Keppler at the gun show this past weekend. He's got a new favorite hat now - he ordered a Bogie for himself in the 6X light grey with a bound edge. He's got a great '40s-look hand bash on it, perfected since he did mine. I almost wished I had ordered one like it. I love the underwelt on my dark grey, but the 6X felt is so much nicer, and that bound edge is classy. I also think the Bogie in black with a bound edge might make a nice evening hat. Maybe that will be a hat or two for next year, as I'm ordering an Indy fedora from him once I get paid at the end of this month.
