Since I work at a Dodge, Chrylser, jeep dealer, I received this information.

You sketch out a hat according to the rules and if you are one of the fianlists, you will recieve the material to make the hat and go to the Kentucky Derby and some other prizes...like a new car...

Thanks so much for the info ! I have been looking for a good reason to take on a millinery project and this is great. I live south of Louisville, so at least the trip would be short.
