Aero Leather in Scotland have an excellent range of Lee, Levi and Wrangler jeans.

http://www.vintagedenim.de/ also have Lee, Levi and Wrangler, but also Ace jeans from Germany.

And Hepcat Store in Sweden has jeans by DePalma, Evil, Pace and Prison Blues; and chinos and workpants as well.

I get chinos from www.cabelas.com they are pretty good. L.L. Bean has some.

I was wondering about Bill's Khakis are they similar to chinos?

Since Dockers came on the scene, it seems like khakis and chinos are interchangeable as a pants description.

I believe there are more discussions of jeans and chinos in the General Attire & Accouterments section and some discussion as to pairing the same to a leather jacket in the jacket section. You can look up these in the search mode and consider if you are looking for contemporary versions or if you are searching for versions to recreate a vintage look.

Bill's Khakis are pretty good, from what I hear. And yeah, the two pretty much seem interchangeable now, but I mostly refer to them as chinos.
