Sportcoats and overcoat in 42 to 44 size. PM for details, prices include shipping in US. Willing to ship overseas PM for details and slight higher shipping price.
Ralph Lauren Purple Label, made in UK (Chester Barrie), black and cream houndstooth jacket.
I got this from Lounger Orgetorix a year or so ago, and even though I love this jacket it does not quite fit me… (I am a 43 but on the 44 side of 43 than the 42 side…)
The fabric is 80% cotton and 20% cashmere.
Cut is fairly dramatic Savile Row style, with waist suppression and shoulder roping. Double vents. Construction quality is also fantastic, typical for RLPL with an original retail of $1500 or more. Full-canvas construction, hand sewing all over the place, horn buttons, the works. Wonderful condition.
$150 including shipping.
Tagged size is 42L. See measurements for specifics:
Chest: 44"
Waist: 38"
Length: 31.5"
Shoulders: 20.5"
Sleeves: 24.5" with 1.5", maybe 2" to let out.
1950s sportcoat, tagged 42, patch pockets.
Botany “500” Tailored by Daroff for Charles A Brown in Fort Dodee, Iowa. 2 button, color is a nice tan & cream pattern with some light orange running through it. Good condition overall, one moth hole on back (see photo), and small moth nip on back shoulder, light stain near lower pocket. Its a great coat I got it from Lounger Kools but it just does not fit me (as you see in the photos...).
$30 including shipping
pit to pit: 23"
shoulder to cuff: 26.5"
shoulder to shoulder: 20"
overall length: 32.5"
1960s sportcoat.
1960s narrow lapels, 3 button, dark blue with light blue window pane pattern, shallow rear vent, wool, great shape. Probably an orphaned suit jacket, but I think it makes a nice sportcoat.
$30 including shipping
Shoulders 18.5”
Armpit to Armpit: 23.5”
Sleeve: 26”
Length down back from bottom of collar: 33.5
