I'm thinking of pairing this up with either brown or gray pants when it arrives. How do you think I did?

Forgotten Man said:That's what I thought, I once had a Double Breasted suit dated 1943 from Penny's and it had flat front pants. However, most early to mid 30's suits I've seen had flat front pants... they've been mostly the more conservitive choice of office men and doctors and such. I don't think it was really popular, people were wearing it because of the fabric rationing... no one really enjoyed rationing... it was hard times!
