Anyone heard from Platon of JA Dubow? I ordered an A2 jacket at the very beginning of 2021, paid, and have sent numerous emails regarding when I should expect arrival. No replies.

You've got at least 6 months wait ahead of you. I ordered in March last year received in January.. ( but they were shut down several weeks during the pandemic)

I made an order in Jan this year too. If you get through old posts on Platon you will know that you have to wait for 6 or even 12 months to get the jacket, or maybe even longer during this shut-down period. I did send Platon an email to see if they have received my order as I have not got any confirmation email or even an order number. He replied me only a while ago. From people's experience the communication with Platon can be quite slow but in the end he delivers.

A little while back I sent an email inquiring if he could do custom sleeve and body length (Sadly, he does not do this. A shame, because I would otherwise be a customer). I sent one from my email, a week later I sent one from the drop down message box on his site. A week or two later he replied. The tone of his message was perfectly polite, though I would have appreciated a more timely reply. My money is on you will get your jacket, nothing to worry about, though it will take longer than you would like, and no order confirmation is bull. But that's just how the guy works.
