Is there anyone who would like to help me buy a flashlight on Taobao?

I have a flashlight I am interested in purchasing.

My Chinese only goes as far as Google translate. Talking with the seller was not easy.

Why a flashlight? Well, it was made in the USA, and sent to China as a market special, so not sold or available here. If I want one, I have to buy it from Taobao.

One of my concerns is that while Taobao seems to be US friendly now, (I was able to make an account without too much trouble), I get a little concerned about about what I read here about Electronics:

Specifically that electronics won't get sent to the US? I am not sure where a flashlight would stand in those categories of what can not be shipped. I may require an agent?

Anyways, strange request I know, and I struggled with where to put this, and realized, this is the forum for such a classified ad.

It told me I had two potential problems. One was what I was afraid of, and the other was a shipping and customs warning based on value.

Looks like a 10% commission fee? I can not tell for sure, the website mentions commission several times, but I did not see anything in print nailing down what that fee may be. Other review sites mention the 10% fee...

have you found it on aliexpress? its kinda like the taobao for international market and you can communicate with the seller directly for custom declaration value
