is Art Fawcett on vacation?

it has been sort of a tradition on this forum for recipients of a new custom art fawcett hat to post pictures. i look forward to them all. have noticed fewer of them in the last two weeks. either art's not delivering as many, or our members are a bit lax about posting pics and tantalizing the rest of us.

Don't know Epic, I have been busier than ever but for reasons all their own the guys haven't been posting them. Vacation?? heck, I might have to retire...again..this work is getting in the way of my play!!

Me too! I feel terrible about not posting pics of my recent V.S. Tropic-Aire in natural! It's unlined, diamond-bashed, incredible tan/touch 'o green ribbon -- and quite simply -- the nicest hat I've ever owned!

Sadly, I don't own a digital camera. However, since I am rather in high renown for my artistry talents -- I did put in a little time/effort in recreating my new lid in a lovely drawing for others to enjoy until my kid lends me his cam. Enjoy...

Posting Hats

Well, I did get my new Tropic Aire form Art and I did say I would try to post but things are not working out quite like I planned. First I bought a new phone with the camera in it. It took me three days to figure out how to take a picture. Then I figured out it wouldn't go into my computer without some more doolollys that I now have to go and buy so I can load into the ole computer. After I figure out how to do that I will then try and master the art of uploading to the FL site. But I did get the hat and I love it. I am wearing it about as much as I wear my Panama. I did have Art do his signature ribbon treatment and it looks great. Like I told Art, these AF originals are going to be a collectors item and the signature bow will be the most valuable.

I have recently benefited from TWO of Mr. Fawcetts best, but have been remiss in posting pics. I will snap to it this weekend, if possible . . .
