Iron Heart Deck Jacket Color Poll

Just curious what the overall consensus is. Like I said the title, this mostly applies to Iron Heart, but feel free to vote and comment your opinion on Deck Jackets in general.

I’m also curious if any you have noticed if the oiled deck jacket preforms noticeably different than the non oiled deck jackets.

I like this jacket in black, a more versatile color

I went with the oiled ODG myself. I also own an older IH B2 jacket in khaki whipcord and the oiled version definitely feels more substantial and seems to block wind a bit better.

Do you guys prefer a baggy or slim fit on your deck jackets?

I voted for the olive as I believe that was the original color. If not, enough of them were issued to make them a classic. It is the color of my issue deck jacket in the 60s.

I decided to vote for black because I think it looks sleek. I bought the black deck jacket from Iron Heart because I couldn’t find a navy blue one in my size and I kind of mixed on it for a while. I never really wear black because most of my clothes are blue, but honestly I’m glad I went out of my comfort zone.
