Very cool! I've seen dark Goodall sport coats and I've seen (vintage adverts) for black summer dinner jackets/tuxedos of Goodall fabric, but I've never seen a black odd jacket made from Goodall fabric.

For a company which was a worsted mill first and foremost, it's surprising you don't see more non-palm-beach fabrics that came out of their mills which have survived.

They switched over to tailoring all their own Palm Beach cloth garments instead of just being a supplier in 1931, but I haven't found anything indicating that this applied to any of the other materials coming out of their mills.
