J’habite en France et j’ai découvert ce forum . Je suis à la recherche d’informations concernant ce chapeau.

Il s’agit d’un chapeau appartenant à mon grand père .

Si des personnes peuvent me donner des informations , je les remercie d’avance .

It is a nice looking Western hat for sure!
If memory serves, that union label was in use from the middle of the 1930's to the middle of the 1940's, so an older one.
I don't know much about the G. W. Alexander hat company other than that they produced the uniform hats for the Boy Scouts of America during the 1940's.

Thank you for this answer. If I understand correctly, you think the hat was made between 1930 and the mid-1940s. I didn't think he was that old.
