This is a very slightly used Indiana Jones Bag / British MKVII repro made by Magnoli Clothiers. It has a leather strap made by Todd's Costumes and comes with an extra buckle from the guys at Adventure Built, company related to the hat makers (I think). That buckle looked kind of small to me so I never attempted to install it, though it would be easy enough with the screw in rivet on the strap (california rivet?). The buckle that's on it is not perfect though, I roughed it up with sandpaper to age it and round it of a little. Also, I removed the divider from the big main compartment of the bag, in order to make the bag way more usefull. I have more pics if anyone needs more I can send them to you. It's really in great condition but I finally found an original so don't need it anymore. $25 shipped in the US.
