How does Aero's black HH age?

Hi,

I was just wondering how Aero's black HH ages compared to brown/cordovan hides. Does it develop a nice patina? Some photos would be great!

The black jacket Aero was purchased from the 'used' Aero page several years ago.
The brown was purchased new in 2001..If I recall correctly.

I had considered black for my Hwyman, but decided on brown even though my last year's Stockman purchase was also brown, as the black just doesn't age well IMO.

It looks very sharp and sophisticated when shiny and new, but since this is a 30-year time horizon for wearing, I felt the brown would look better aging over the long haul.

I quite like the brown patches on the black jacket ... however, I reckon it'll take quite some heavy wear to get there
