That's a feel good story. In the early 90s there was a mint T206 Wagner on auction and it was available for viewing at Mickey Mantle's restaurant in Manhattan. I stopped by to take a peek and who did I bump into at the bar but Mickey and Yogi! I offered to buy them a drink but they refused; instead insisting that they buy one for me. Anyway, what was intended to be a five minute visit lasted well over an hour.

BTW, Wayne Gretzky and Bruce McNall ended up buying that card for prit near half a mil.......and a few years ago the same card sold for near three mil......:eusa_doh:
