Really like the Barnstormer with the shawl collar, but the fourth image is interesting. Does the wearer have to put it on like a pullover? What period does it spring from/area of use?

The only one I like really is the cafe racer, but it could do with side pockets and the elbow pads area big no no.

It appears to zip on both sides, all the way from the waist to the sleeve. And if my monitor is accurate, it may be unlined?

They're all interesting. The cuts and leather look amazing.

I would like to see the rear view of the 4th jacket and would love to see it being worn. Looks neat and different. The upper third of that jacket reminds me a lot like a Langlitz Cascade, but goes on to do it's own thing just south of the main zip.

Sloan, It looks a lot like a French jacket I used to have. Mine was belted and post-war (50's). I really like that one too!

Of these new designs, this one forf me is the true star. Oddly enough, the design concept is very similar to a notion I had years ago of a modified Aero Bootlegger with a bit more of a motorcycle jacket feel give it by adding a D pocket. Looks like I wasn't too far off the money, that beinbg a good idea. I'm not always a big fan of the two-tone look, butg I could actually see myself in this one.

When you say "substantially less" in termso f pricing, what sort of moolah are we talking?

I don't currently have my copy to hand, but I'm sure I've seen something similar in the Rin Tinika book. If I'm not mistaken, it's an early design created specifically for use as a motorcycle jacket. I'm sure I've seen pictures of early motorcycle racers wearing these as racing leathers.
