Hickok, and Giant Grip belt buckles

While browsing etsy the other day looking for a belt I stumbled upon a few of these, and was immediately attracted to them. Interestingly though I've never noticed them before they are not at all uncommon. Seems like they span the 1920s through at least the 1960s, and were styled to the period, so anything from Art nouveau, to deco, mid century, western, etc. I especially like the initial ones. I wanted one with my initial for the belt I'm making for my wedding outfit, but I wound up with 2.

It's funny how you notice a thing once you're looking for it. Yesterday I found 4 in downtown shops. Anybody else love these buckles? I showed you mine...
