It looks like downtown Detroit's renowned Henry the Hatter store will be closing soon, due to a leasehold termination by their landlord. Henry's claims to be the oldest hat retailer in the USA, having been at their current location since 1952. Whether they find an alternate location in downtown Detroit remains to be seen however the Henry's satellite location in nearby Southfield, Michigan will remain open. I hope things work out for them. Detroit being a border town, many of my fellow Canadians have frequented the downtown Henry the Hatter store & have spoken highly of the experience.
