Help with Tartan pants by Corbin

Hi,
There is a pair of Tartan Corbin trousers at my local thrift store, I could actually go back and buy tonight.
THey are a normal scottish plaid, wool. The tags look vintage, can someone tell me if these are vintage? I like them, but again, I am building my vintage clothes collection.
Can someone tell me what era these may be from?

Tartan pants

Well,
I went back and bought the pants today.
They have a talon zipper and talon pants clasp.
They are 100% wool, and plaid. They have a picture of a scottish man playing the bagpipes on the tag and state SCOTTISH Tartan by CORBIN.
They are a size 36 waist and about 32 length.
THey are a nice grey plaid with burgundy and dark blue and a dark yellow stripe in the plaid.

Anyone have any ideas?
