Hey all- I have 2 new jackets coming in the next couple weeks!

first, a custom Thedi. Theodoros just started working on it and sent me the following pics to decide on liner and collar. I picked one of the options but I am interested to see what the favored color scheme my TFL friends would choose.

The 2nd jacket is an off the rack pick... NOT a Thedi.
I should have it in a week. And I’ll post some fit pics once received. Until then here is a teaser:

I like the brown on brown option. I mean realistically I would need to see the entire jacket so that I could really see it all working together or for that matter not working together ha. But just based on these pics that is drawing me in.

Thedi with lighter cream and green wool would be my choice in that style.
Jacket #2 is going to be gorgeous.
Jacket #2 will be phenomenal
Jacket #2 leather is a dream come true.
Enjoy.
Looking forward to the fit pics.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I did in fact pick option 1 with the green liner/whiteish removable mouton collar.
Honestly I don’t think I could have gone wrong with any of them, but I liked the contrast over just having brown on brown on more brown.
It’s nice to see that choice reflected here by most everyone.

I think I’ll be pretty happy with this as time goes on. Out of the box, very stiff. So stiff in the chest and shoulders I had trouble even getting my hands into the side pockets. Feels a little restrictive as far as movement goes...Although it is starting to loosen up a bit already. It’s thicker than I expected. I think the fit looks good as far as sleeve length and overall length. It’s a size 40. I’m 5’8” 175 lbs. 39” chest.

Jacket measurements indicate 18.5” shoulders, 24” back, 24.5” sleeves, 2” drop in the front, P2P 21.5”.
Even though the measurements are almost identical to my aero premier highwayman, this fits much different. It’s tighter across the chest and body, more restrictive, smaller/higher arm holes, narrower sleeves...just a closer to the body, more snug fit all around. The collar is more comfortable than the aero. The aero feels tighter in the neck and feels like it’s pushing on me from the sides and back, not comfortable. This jacket feels fine as far as that is concerned. The jacket details are great. The zipper is a tricky little bugger.

Oh, it’s a Freewheelers Muholland if you didn’t already figure that out.

Oh snap! There it goes! Looks perfect! I believe you bought it brand new? I'm sure it will get better with wear. It's so much easier to move around in that jacket, over head arm movements is a breeze and does not get tiresome for me. I really want a black mulholland now! Congratulations! Can't wait to see more photos

Thanks man! Yes, I bought it brand spankin new. From Corlection out of Sydney, AUS. Ordered Sunday night, arrived today. Can’t beat that.
thankfully it came while the wife was out, snuck it into the closet with the others, I’m hoping she won’t notice. All my jackets look the same to her LOL.
I’m not sure I want to have to explain this one.

Man! That's a lot of explanation to do if she saw the bill lol keep it out of sight! That was quick work, I'm glad you received yours right away. I saw that corlection website and it's so tempting as they have a jacket my size but I'm still hoping I can get a preowned jacket because it's very expensive. How is the shoulder mobility of that brand new mulholland for you? Hope you get to wear it plenty before it gets too hot where you live

The shoulders are tight. As I said before it looks good, but it feels pretty restrictive. Hopefully as it beaks in it’ll loosen up a bit. I live in Seattle. It rarely gets to hot for a jacket here. If the day temps get hot, you can pretty much wear a jacket at night year round. Hopefully it’ll be a quick break in process. I find the veg tanned stuff really softens up pretty quick. Never had anything like this FW Shinki though so we’ll see how it goes.
