Help to identify my G1... no label

Hello, I have recently bought his G1 jacket just on looks... it fits me perfectly and I love it! But there is no label in it and I am curious to identify it. I am pretty sure the zip is a replacement.
I am a collector of vintage leather jackets but I am not an expert on military model numbers etc...
Anyway, would be great to hear your thoughts.

I'm not a G1 expert, but it looks like on of the nice old ones with the real mouton color that has started to fade. I have one that is a mid sixties model with the mouton color. It still has the original color.

Thank you both. Yes, I don't usually look for G1 jackets as they seem to be pretty common and mostly very ordinary looking, but I saw this one and thought it just looked fantastic. I love the patina on the leather.
So... Anyone any idea on a contract no. , maker etc...?

Looks Aces, Treat that one nice! I love when the collars get bleached out! Awesome! I had one similar, but it was small.

I painted this on the back, Though I Knew it could be a little Blasphemous to add this on a vintage G-1 Jacket, after a long time I finally decided it wouldnt hurt. besides, I used Acrylic paint and Im sure its easily removed if desired.

thought you might like to see! :cool:

too bad the Ex wound up with this, She totally never wore it for me...I was a little hurt, I went and got it special for her and painted it up and all.

no pleasing some people eh.

Yeah, Sometimes less is more.

Ive seen too much overkill out there. You know..

thanks!

Skull and Bat-wings!

Thought it would pass the authenticity bench test, goes like the sort of Rockabilly hot-rod type of thing happening back then.

And Im also reminded of the Expression;

why Did the Metal Head Cross the Road *Question Mark*

-Because hes a gullible moron who will buy anything with skulls on it.
