Help me identify vintage car door window knobs

Hi,

can some of the car afficionados help me identify these door window cranks? I have no idea, but would assume they are 30s 40s, and I would assume they are from a car window crank. They are chrome and say 4711 on the inside of the arm. The knob is on a swivel and has some kind of plastic or lucite end.
