Help me date my Europe Craft jacket,please?

This is a very nice and sturdy outdoors type suede jacket by EUROPE CRAFT that I just picked up for $17.00 at a local thrift store.The garment is like new and only needs to have the tortise shell buttons more securely attatched...ok,I`ll get her dry cleaned and pressed too.

This coat is double breasted,rear center vent,faux fur lining,mid-thigh length and appears to my untrained eye to be vintage early 70`s (possibly late 60`s?). The outer shell(?) is suede leather but I think it has something like a stiffer inner shell (canvas?) because the coat is very heavy and stiff (not in a bad way though).The label says: EXCLUSIVE - EUROPE CRAFT - IMPORT - TAILORED BY JSB - MADE IN BELGIUM. Another label has the JSB shield logo and says GENUINE - SALIKSUEDE - TAILORED IN BELGIUM - Also how would you classify this garment?Is it a "car coat" or just a generic outer wear/winter wear coat? Thanks in advance for any information you can give regading this garment!

Nice Find

It looks warm and durable, whatever its vintage. I'd seal the suede if I were you.

Thanks,Randooch. I agree about getting it sealed (waterproofed right?)and will just have the dry cleaners handle that when I get the coat cleaned and pressed.
