I am Looking to purchase a New Milan Straw Hat for summer. I want something with a minimum of a 2 1/2" brim (bigger would be nice :D ) and in a Fedora style.
I have been looking a Millers, but my experence with Biltmore Milans wasn't that good.:( :(
If anyone can make a suggestion, it would sure help..
Thanks

Hold your horses if you can... Peters Brothers may have something coming up soon.

But if you cant wait. :D joe can put what crease you might want in his Indy Straw fedora. I have one and I have really enjoyed it.[It has the Indy crease]

I like the PB Milan - very light, airy, and soft. However, I found it a touch too floppy (it sort of wilted in the humidity) and the crown too conical and tall. So, I had it reblocked and given just a little more stiffness (thank you, my guardian hat angel ;) ). I wore it quite a bit last summer and it held up comparably to my VS cuenca. Still, I'd love to find an "inbetween" milan... not a PB, but not a cheapo piece of junk. My Dobbs isn't bad, but it's very stiff. That's my only complaint.
