help! I need a 40's inspired dress ASAP! =)

I'm from the So. Cal area. And I'm in need of a 40's inspired custom made or vintage dress. "It's too late to order online!!!" I was interested in something similar to these [click the links below] I'm a small/slender size. If you need more specific info, just ask! =)
Does anyone know of any clothing botiques? Like anyone selling these types of dresses anywhere near me? I know most of the vintage stores in LB etc and online, but none around here. Any advice will help a ton! Thanks!
