Sorry to start a new thread but I couldn't find the one for the new ladies to introduce themselves. Anyway, I've been lurking around this site for almost a year now but I was never able to make an account (i must have tried to sign up about 10 times). I would check back almost everyday to read what you ladies are talking about. I'd be so desparate to reply because I always had something to say or update about a few things but I couldn't.
Anywho, here I am. I'm a history lover ever since I was about 8 or 9 years old. Historical events like WWII, the Holocaust, The Great Depression, etc, have always interested me where it came to a point where I wondered what it'd be like to live during that time. At age 11, I started watching silent films and favored the famous Charlie Chaplin. As I got older and more mature, I looked into details and got interested in the fashion and make-up and always wanted to dress like I was living in the past. I can't say I'm a die hard dresser. Like everyone, I have a budget. I'm only 18 and have a 1 year old son, and I also go to school so understandably (if that's a word), the money I earn would go to that.
Thankfully, now, I signed up using my email address from my cellphone service, t-mobile lol and would be able to catch up on the many threads I've read during the year.
