Anybody out there ever heard of the following hatter? Or any ideas/suggestions on how to determine when this store went out of business?
I'm willing to bet it's been long out of business.
I sent an email to the Philadelphia Library however, I don't know if they'll help since I'm not a PA. resident. Appreciate any knowledge or advice. Thanks
