Cross post from Hats, just to see if anybody can help. I have a British SD cap that needs a repair. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions or, even better, a scrap of OD wool I could use to patch the bill up. As you can see, the bill is in shreds. I figure with a little bit of elbow grease and a scrap (or three) or cloth I can get it in shape enough for reenactment.
