Hello experts!
1000052.jpg

I have little or no knowledge when it comes to hats, fedoras in particular, but I love the look of the one Marcello is wearing in this pic.
Can anyone tell me what type of hat this is?

I appreciate your assistance.

This hat is a fedora and typically described as a tall crown stingy brim fedora.
Note that the left and right sides of this hat are nearly parallel with each other.
The parallel sides attribute is described as a crown with no taper. It just so happens that this is my favorite style of hat as well.

Sorry MAB,

I don't think that is a 2 1/2 inch brim. Compare the width of the brim to the distance between his eyes, which is about 2 1/2". the brim is much shorter.
Maybe 2 1/8" at most. It looks stingy to me. Of course that is just my visual perception. I'm am the first to admit that I am not always correct and do make mistakes.
