Hat and Band color

I really like the way they matched the colors of the bands with the hats in the film "The Two Jakes" Noticed they did it in "Chinatwon" also. Nicholson must like it.

I love that look myself. Couple of my Dobbs Twenties have matching bands like that -- I generally prefer it to, say, a black band on a light hat.

By the way, Chinatown was set in the thirties, and The Two Jakes in 1948. Interesting crown heights and brim sizes, given the dates...
