I don't know if anyone here can assist, as many of you are on the Western side of the Atlantic, and I have a north-west European question. But as a Fedorista, here I am.
As part of the Waterloo 200 commemorations next year, many re-enactors will be going to Belgium for an event.
My partner and I are in charge of the catering for a group of Cornish people going over.
We want to take as little food as possible with us.
So, my question:
Any ideas of as to a cheese, Belgian, or French that is similar to cheddar? A full fat, hard cows milk cheese?
And if you have been, Thanks for listening.
