guy with a hat!

hope this is the appropriate location for this.

today, saturday, i was cruising victoria gardens (rancho cucamonga, soCal) looking for a parking place and saw a guy with a baby stroller AND A HAT! and we aren't talking baseball cap, but a real hat, like you guys wear. i wanted to photograph him but needed to get to the apple store for a tutorial on web site design. (i have a gallery but no home page and can't figure out how to make one)

i did go wandering around afterwards but didn't see the guy.

a very cool thing though, many of the stores have these neat vintage store signs on them so i wandered around shooting those signs. i'll post a link when i have them worked up - i can't post attachments — yet?

Heh, I see "real" hats every so often. Last week when I was at a dodger game there were 2 older gents sporting Panamas. The daughter of the younger of the two looked at me with utter astonishment (since I too, had on a panama) and was tapping her dad ont he shoulder and telling him to look. I was looking back the whole time and when the guy finally did turn around I tipped my hat. That was cool, for some reason.
