Bookfinder is the best because it's a portal that searches a lot of others sites and sellers like Alibris. Many a $ have I spent there I tell you.

I've had good success finding books that are TOO EXPENSIVE on EBay at both abebooks.com and biblio.com. I picked up all three of Alan Flusser's books on biblio.com as well as some older fly fishing books by Slaymaster.
