I thought these might be of interest, some films from the Ernest Hillier chocolate factory in Sydney, dating to 1926. Hillier's was the first company to produce chocolate in Australia, back in 1914. Prior to that chocolate was all imported and spoilt by the journey.

Hillier's chocolates are still very good quality, if not quite as good as those available from the many boutique chocolate sellers that have sprung up in Sydney and Melbourne recently. They are considerably more affordable and transport stable, however.
