Now, I know it may seem a bit childish, but I have rediscovered one of my old pre-teen passions, the animated series SWAT Kats. The world these anthropomorphic felines live in seems kinda retro-futuristic, even taken into consideration the fact that it's a cartoon, so I'd like to know whether the car of Deputy Mayor Callie Briggs, as seen below, is just a stereotyped retro-futuristic car or actually has some resemblance to any real car, and then I thought I'd ask Golden Era experts like you folks.
